Acceptance of Terms: By using the Powerclean website, booking cleaning services, and/or accessing the content, products, and services available through the website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
Modification of Terms: Powerclean reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms can be reviewed by visiting the “Terms and Conditions” page of the website. Your continued use of the website, booking of cleaning services, and/or access to content, products, and services available through the website constitutes your acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.
Services: Powerclean provides cleaning services, which may include but are not limited to, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, construction cleaning, and landscape cleaning. Services are provided at the customer’s own risk and Powerclean is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during the cleaning process.
Booking: Powerclean’s booking process includes three steps: (1) Book your package, (2) Set the schedule, and (3) Cleaning done. Powerclean reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to, unreasonable customer behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to provide necessary information or materials required for the cleaning services.
Payment: Payment for cleaning services is due at the time of booking. Powerclean accepts payment through various methods, including but not limited to, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation, Powerclean will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning service. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning service, a fee may apply.
Limitation of Liability: Powerclean will not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from or in connection with the use of the website, booking of cleaning services, and/or access to content, products, and services available through the website.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between Powerclean and the customer, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
Governing Law: These Terms and the use of the Powerclean website, booking of cleaning services, and/or access to content, products, and services available through the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Powerclean with respect to the use of the website, booking of cleaning services, and/or access to content, products, and services available through the website.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
